With enhanced radiation performance, our space-qualified Ethernet PHYs can withstand the harsh environments of space. VSC8540RT, a radiation-tolerant, single-port FE Cu PHY with SyncE and (R/RG) MII, contains the following features:

  • Compliant with IEEE® 802.3u (Fast Ethernet) and ISO 802-3/IEEE 802.3 (10BASE-T)
  • Flexible power management architecture
  • LVCMOS variable I/O voltage range +1.6V to +3.6V
