These products include high-reliability RF components, such as power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, frequency synthesizers and Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters and oscillators, that are designed to operate in the harsh conditions of space environments. Our RFMW solutions for space applications are available in both plastic and hermetically sealed packages. We develop diodes and SAW products using our in-house fabrication processes, which have a proven track record in space environments. Our Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN on SiC) Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) and transistors are produced through external processes that can be screened to meet customer-specified requirements.

Diodes and SAW Filters

Our 40-plus years of proven performance in space applications helps us offer diodes and SAW filter products that are reliable and durable in demanding environments. These products are meticulously fabricated in-house, with stringent quality control and adherence to the highest industry standards.

Power Transistors and MMICs

GaN and GaAs are naturally resistant to radiation. They are immune to Single-Event Latch-up (SEL) and can withstand a Total Ionizing Dose (TID) of up to 100 kilorads to provide reliable performance in space and other radiation-prone applications.

Customization

Our RF components undergo rigorous testing and qualification to meet stringent space industry standards, including MIL-PRF-38534 and EEE-INST-002, to provide reliable performance over extended missions. Our RFMW products can be tested to customized specifications to offer enhanced protection.
