Varactor Diodes in Ultra High-Frequency Applications
We offer a wide variety of abrupt, hyperabrupt Silicon (Si) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) varactor diodes that are available in surface mount, flip chip, ceramic, glass, and bare die packages. We offer varactors with large tuning ratios and high Q values that are excellent options for VCO tuning circuits, beam former phased arrays and a host of other applications. Our products operate from Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) to 40 GHz and beyond. We also offer step recovery diodes, harmonic generator varactors and multiplier diodes.
