Schottky Diodes in High-Speed Switching and Rectification Applications
Schottky diodes are deployed in wave shaping, switching, rectification and other applications. Our Silicon (Si) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) Schottky diodes are frequently used as mixers, signal detectors or limiters. These Schottky devices provide high breakdown voltages with true Schottky characteristics, including low turn-on voltages, to provide fast switching times. Standard devices are available in glass axial leaded packages, surface mount, flip chip as well as in chip form.
