PIN Diodes for Your Applications
We offer a wide variety of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Silicon PIN diodes to suit your application requirements. Our products range from ultra-low Cj, beam lead PIN diodes for broadband switching, to high-power PIN diodes that are designed for frequencies up to 40 GHz. We have taken special care to minimize intermodulation effects and attenuation. These diodes come in a variety of package styles, including hermetically sealed, ceramic, SMT, SOT23, GigaMite and MMSM packages. These diodes are also available as bare die.
