Gunn Diodes in High-Reliability Systems
Commonly used at microwave frequencies and above, Gunn diodes are found in high-reliability systems such as oscillators, or ultra low phase noise systems such as those deployed in transceivers, radars, radiometers and instrumentation. Our Gunn diodes offer ultra-low phase noise and 1/f noise, are available in a variety of ceramic packages, and operate from 5.9–95 GHz.
