Our integrated Radio Frequency (RF) microwave modules and assemblies are based on advanced semiconductor (SiC, SiGe, GaAs, GaN, InP) packaging technologies. We currently focus on limiters, high-frequency, ultra-low phase noise, voltage-controlled SAW oscillators, Gunn diode oscillators, comb generator modules and many other applications. Our RF modules and assemblies not only offer high-power reliability to any solution, but also provide successful multi-functionality for any application design.
Engineered to deliver high reliability in robust and mission-critical environments, the 101765 VCSO family is part of our portfolio of SAW products that provides solutions for aerospace and defense and test and measurement applications. This family offers precise frequency control and stability, featuring low phase noise and excellent temperature stability. The new 320 MHz and 400 MHz versions are specifically designed to provide reliable solutions for radar systems and test and measurement applications.
The VS-800 family of oscillators presents output frequencies from 800 MHz to 3.2 GHz and provides ultra-low jitter in a small form factor that measures 5 × 3.2 × 1.4 mm. The 101765 family offers ultra-low phase noise, 160 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset over the frequency range of 320 to 2,500 MHz. These oscillators come in a small 1” × 1” × 0.2” package. |
Our fixed-frequency waveguide output Gunn oscillators are an inexpensive and reliable source of microwave power that are designed to suppress spurious signal and harmonic frequencies. Their low power consumption makes them very useful as local oscillators in microwave receivers.
Our waveguide detectors consist of selected Schottky barrier diodes that are assembled in a rugged environment and suitable for use in applications such as an RF detector out to Ka band. These detectors are also available in alternate module configurations that contain a Gunn diode mounted in the cavity for the transmitter and one or two Schottky barrier diodes in the receiver. |
