Our discrete products include high-power diodes, Radio Frequency (RF) diodes, Zener diodes, Negative-Positive-Negative (NPN) transistors, Positive-Negative-Positive (PNP) transistors and virtually every variety of diode and transistor used in space, commercial aviation, high-reliability, military and industrial applications. These discrete solutions are qualified to the MIL-PRF-19500 specification, and we have more DLA slash sheet qualifications than any other manufacturer in the space industry. We were the first diode manufacturer to be selected by the US military services as a supplier of products that are qualified to the highest specified reliability level.

Bipolar Junction Transistors
Our Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs) have undergone rigorous screening via our electronic device radiation testing to ensure that they operate reliably in environments ranging from less than 100K Total Ionizing Dose (TID) up to 1M TID. They are manufactured in multiple sites that are approved by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and are assembled and tested in our DLA-qualified facilities, including the world’s largest 19500 burn-in facility.

Our broad portfolio of Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diodes includes both unidirectional and bidirectional discrete plastic TVS devices with power levels ranging from 600W to 130 kW. These solutions are supported by qualification test plans and reliability monitoring that are in line with the best industry-standard practices.
Zener Diodes
We provide a comprehensive selection of Zener diodes, including options that meet military qualifications per MIL-PRF-19500. Our diodes are available in voltages from 1.8V to 200V and in various packages with power ratings from below 0.5W to 50W.
