6300 Series Modular Signal Switching and Distribution System

Unlock the Power of Modular Distribution

Our intelligent 6300 series modular signal switching and distribution system provides ultra-low phase noise performance for demanding ground station, metrology and national time scale applications. The 6300 series’ modular and flexible distribution architecture enables a wide range of signal formats, including low-noise sine waves, Inter-Range Instrumentation Group (IRIG) timecodes and pulse formats. The 6300 series has a variety of plug-in cards that are hot swappable and customizable.

The 6300 series is available in both a 1U and 4U rack-mount chassis. The 1U has two card slots and a built-in management card that provides LED status updates for the card’s input and output ports. The 4U chassis has 11 slots, plus the 6395 fault monitor card slot that displays the status of each card slot on an LED, which indicates a global fault on the card. The 6300’s robust design includes redundant hot-swappable power supplies that can be configured for AC/AC, DC/DC or AC/DC. The unit is accessible remotely from the Ethernet port connection to enable remote monitoring.

The 6300 Series’ plug-in cards provide customization and modularity to any signal distribution system. The cards are hot swappable, making it easy to change out a card without pausing the distribution of the other card(s). Signal types on the cards include PPS; IRIG and RF at 1, 5 and 10 MHz. The range of signal types makes the 6300 an excellent choice for a plug-and-play distribution system that can meet a variety of your system requirements.
