Our advanced network synchronization Phase Lock Loops (PLLs), IEEE® 1588-compliant software, Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) and Crystal Oscillators (XOs) enable timing and phase control for Marvell switches and PHYs. Explore the interactive diagram below to see how the ZL30732 network synchronizer, OX-5021 oscillator and VCC1 oscillator deliver IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) for Marvell’s Alaska® Ethernet transceivers.
The ZL30732 is a feature-rich network synchronization solution with up to five independent DPLLs and five low output jitter synthesizers. Equipped with IEEE 1588-2008 PTP stack and synchronization algorithm software modules, these synchronizers are well suited for applications such as 5G Distributed Units (DUs), Centralized Units (CUs) and Radio Units (RUs).
The OX–502 mini OCXO combines a small footprint with high stability and reliability to support packet-based timing through excellent short-term stability. The OX–502 bridges the gap between AT cut-based TCXOs and larger OCXO designs. They are a great option for small form factor 5G base station applications.
The VCC1 XO is a quartz-stabilized square wave generator with a CMOS output. The VCC1 uses fundamental or third overtone crystals, resulting in very low jitter performance and a monolithic IC that improves reliability and reduces cost.
