Our clock generators and Crystal Oscillators (XOs) deliver timing for Intel® FPGAs, including the Arria® 10 family of FPGAs. Explore the interactive diagram below to see how the SM806 clock generator and VC-711 oscillator enable SmartNICs for network acceleration. The SM806 clock generator provides multiple frequency outputs for Ethernet, PCIe® and other system clocks with low jitter. You can customize our clock generators to provide the frequency plan you need in your design.
This quartz-stabilized, differential output oscillator operates off a 1.8-LVDS, 2.5V or 3.3V power supply in a hermetically sealed 7.0 × 5.0 mm ceramic package.
The VC-801 XO is a quartz-stabilized square wave generator with a CMOS output. It uses fundamental or third overtone crystals, resulting in very low jitter performance and a monolithic IC that improves reliability and reduces cost.
The VC-806 XO is a quartz-stabilized, low jitter differential output oscillator that operates off a 2.5V or 3.3V supply in a hermetically sealed 5 × 3.2 mm-ceramic package.
The SM806 is a PLL clock generator that achieves ultra-low phase jitter (78 fs 12KHz to 20 MHz). With six total outputs and dividers on each output, this device can generate six different frequencies up to 875 MHz from a low-cost quartz crystal or a reference clock input. Each of the six outputs can be independently programmed to LVPECL, LVDS or HCSL. The SM806xxx device is packaged in a 48-pin VQFN package with up to six outputs or a 24-pin VQFN with two outputs.
