This discrete VCXO is offered in a 5 × 7 mm footprint with improved phase noise and jitter performance previously only available in the VX-501, which comes in a 9 × 14 mm package.
This low g-sensitivity VCXO features 0.3 ppb/g with jitter performance of 60 fsec over the offset bandwidth of 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It supports frequencies up to 160 MHz and is excellent for industrial and harsh environment applications.
The VX-505 VCXO provides a phase noise floor as low as −166 dBc/Hz across the extended temperature range of −55°C to 125°C. It supports frequencies ranging from 20 MHz to 800 MHz.
The VX-506 is a discrete VCXO in a 9 × 14 mm footprint with ultra-low phase noise and jitter performances.
