The MCP41/423X devices are volatile, 7-bit (129 wiper steps) digital potentiometers with an SPI compatible interface. The MCP41/42XX family is available with end-to-end resistor values of 5KΩ, 10KΩ, 50kΩ and 100KΩ. These devices offer a variety of configurations simplifying design while minimizing cost, package size and pin count.

The MCP402xEV is a low cost evaluation board that quickly enables the user to exercise all of the features of the MCP402X Non-Volatile Digital Potentiometer.
The MCP42XX PICtail Plus Daughter Board is used to demonstrate the operation of the MCP42XX Digital Potentiometers. The operation of the MCP41XX devices is similar to the MCP42XX devices.
The MCP4xxx Digital Potentiometer Daughter Board allows the system designer to quickly evaluate the operation of Microchip Technology’s MCP42XXX and MCP402X Digital Potentiometers.
The 14-Lead SOIC/TSSOP/DIP Evaluation Board allows the system designer to quickly evaluate the operation of Microchip Technology’s devices in either SOIC, DIP, or TSSOP packages.
