EVB-LAN9352 - LAN9352 - 2-PORT 10/100 MANAGED ETHERNET SWITCH WITH 16-BIT NON-PCI

The EVB-LAN9352 is a full-featured, two -port 10/100 managed Ethernet switch designed for embedded applications where performance, flexibility, ease of integration and system cost control are required. The LAN9352 combines all the functions of a 10/100 Ethernet switch system, including the Switch Fabric, packet buffers, Buffer Manager, MACs, PHY transceivers, and serial management. The LAN9352 includes an integrated Ethernet MAC and PHY with a high-performance SRAM-like slave interface. The simple, yet highly functional host bus interface provides a glue-less connection to most common 8 or 16-bit microprocessors and microcontrollers as well as 32-bit microprocessors with an 8 or 16-bit external bus. Alternatively, the device can be accessed via SPI/SQI. We allow for a network connections to RJ45 sockets or can optionally fit optical interfaces to accommodate fiber via an SFP module. The EVB has on option to plug-in BeagleBone Black development platform interfaced to LAN9352 using HBI.
