CPSOM-MPF100T-FCSG325

Overview

The CPSOM-MPF100T-FCSG325 is a System on Module (SoM) adapter card designed to plug into the ChipPro programmer baseboard (CP-PROG-BASE). It is purpose-built to support manufacturing device programming for the PolarFire MPF100 device in the FCSG325 package with dimensions 11x11, 0.5 mm, across security features, speed grades and temperature grades of the device.

ChipPro is a quick and easy device programming solution for Microchip’s FPGA devices. The ChipPro programmer baseboard hosts a connector to plug in the FlashPro 6 , our newest programmer which supports Linux and Windows platforms, in conjunction with LiberoSoC, FlashPro Express, and SmartDebug software. It supports all FPGA devices in PolarFire, SmartFusion2, IGLOO2 and RTG4, series. System on modules (SoM) corresponding to each package size and type in our portfolio of FPGAs can also be connected to the baseboard to program the said FPGA package.

ChipPro programming baseboard will have to be purchased separately from the SoM. Click here for more information on the ChipPro programmer baseboard.
