Overview
The MCP331x1x-xx 1 Msps 16-bit SAR ADC Evaluation Board (ADM00873) is a part of the 1 Msps SAR ADC Evaluation Kit (ADM00873-BNDL). This Evaluation Board (ADM00873) provides the opportunity to evaluate the performance of the MCP331x1x-xx SAR ADC device family. With the MCP33131D-10 16-bit 1 Msps SAR A/D converter on-board, the user can evaluate various performances of the high precision A/D converter.
The MCP331x1x-xx 1 Msps SAR ADC Evaluation Kit (ADM00873-BNDL) consists of: (a) 1 Msps 16-bit SAR ADC Evaluation Board (ADM00873) with 9V Power Supply, (b) PIC32 Curiosity Demo Board (DM320104) for data capture, and (c) SAR ADC Utility PC GUI. Using the MATLAB based PC GUI, the user can analyze the performance of the on-board ADC.
