Overview
The ATSHA206A TRUST board feature the ATSHA206A parasitically powered secure element with a single wire interface. This secure element has been designed as a low cost easy to use symmetric authentication device. Primary applications will be for Disposable Authentication, Ecosystem Control and Anti-cloning applications. As a member of the Microchip Trust Family of Products the board is support with the Trust Platform Suite of development tools. The board has been developed with a standard Mikroelektronika mikroBUS™ interface and can be used with many of Microchip's family of products including the ATECC608A Trust Platform.
Use cases can be implemented by having an ATSHA206A only on the accessory device or by implementing an ATSHA206A along with a companion ATSHA204A Host device. The companion host device is a specially configured ATSHA204A that share the same symmetric secret.
