The Configurable Logic Cell (CLC) peripheral is used to wake the microcontroller from Low Power SLEEP only when a combination of pin conditions have occurred.
*Note that this application uses the EUSART peripheral to connect through a USB-to-UART converter to an available USB port. More information on this connection is discussed in Microchip Minutes MPLAB® Xpress IDE Edition - Episode 5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp1NLvAJBnw&list=PL9B4edd-p2ahx9dlcRqPndlWUDdDoi281&index=5
