Next-Generation Car Lighting Explore our latest automotive lighting solutions, from interior dynamic lighting to exterior message display. Our demo showcases the next generation of vehicle lighting.
Radiant Heating For Electric Vehicles (EVs), range is one of the most important metrics for consumers. By implementing intelligent radiant heating, EV manufacturers can see a range extension of 5% at −10°C. Visit us at CES and learn more about our radiant heating solution.
ASA-ML ADAS Zonal Aggregator This demo will showcase multiple ADAS cameras aggregated in a zonal architecture using ASA Motion Link (ASA-ML) to enable highly flexible and modular IVN designs. Zonal architectures enable wiring harness simplification and coaxial cable weight reduction. Each camera uses our VS775S single-port ASA-ML serializer. The zonal hub uses our VS776Q quad-hub ASA-ML solution. The ECU uses our VS775S ASA-ML deserializer. Video data is transported over ASA-ML from the cameras to an NVIDIA® Jetson™ Orin™ platform. 
ASA-ML for Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride™ Platform This demo will showcase four ADAS cameras connected over ASA-ML to the Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride platform. Each camera uses our VS775S Single-port ASA-ML serializer. The Qualcomm Ride platform incorporates a VS776Q deserializer-based line card. This demo highlights how our ASA-ML solution is ready to support Qualcomm Ride-based ADAS applications.   
Efficient AI With Three-Port PCIe® Switch Our PCI12000 switch enables M.2 Key E interfaces for AI Tensor Processing Units (TPUs). This single-chip PCIe switch takes a common M.2 Key M socket and enables dual-port PCIe using the M.2 Key E abstraction to maximize TPU capacity within a modest form factor. This novel solution allows you to implement additional capabilities, such as I2C, SPI, UART and GPIO, through an integrated peripheral endpoint.
Public AC Bi-Directional Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger This Level 2 public AC bi-directional EV charger for three-phase applications delivers up to 22 kW of power with on-board Class 1 energy metering and fault detection. It includes a graphical user interface with touch input; Wi-Fi®, Ethernet and LTE communication to the cloud using OCCP 1.6/2.0.1 protocols; Bluetooth® LE communication with a mobile app; and CAN and HomePlug Green PHY power line communication to the vehicle in accordance with the ISO 15118 standard. This complete system will reduce time to market and leverage our expertise in nearly all aspects of the design to simplify supply chain logistics.
Machine Learning (ML) Predictive Maintenance Reference Design This demo shows how the MPLAB® Machine Learning (ML) Development Suite makes predictive maintenance recommendations using temperature, vibration and audio sensor data from a motor.
Face Recognition Door Lock This demo will show how you can control access to sensitive equipment, chemicals and more using face recognition. The demo will also show how you can achieve this at the edge without relying on Internet access using a low-cost, low-power microprocessor.
Truck Loading Bay Monitoring with AI Learn more about our parking lot/truck loading bay monitoring application that runs on our SAMA7G54 single-core Arm® Cortex®-A7 MPU. This demo leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Edge Impulse model creation and training capabilities.
Accurate Position Sensors This demo shows how inductive position sensors can monitor both pedal and throttle body actuator sensors. This demo also demonstrates the MCU16 motor control evaluation board.
Battery Management System This battery management system has been updated to show the ability to stack multiple cells to support two-wheeler applications and Electric Vehicles (EVs).
10BASE-T1S Extended Reach 10BASE-T1S increases system scalability since several nodes can operate on the same bus line with high data throughput. 10BASE-T1S Ethernet can connect many more devices over much longer cables than mentioned in the IEEE® specifications.
10BASE-T1S Endpoint This technology enables standard Ethernet communication, eliminating the need for gateways to connect incompatible communication systems. 10BASE-T1S reduces total system cost using a single pair of wires and a multidrop bus architecture. This allows the system to require fewer switch ports, cables and switches.
10BASE-T1S AIoT-Agile System Adoption Platform This integration of Agricultural IoT (AIoT) and Agile systems transforms how devices collect, analyze and make data-based decisions. It’s a significant step towards a smarter, more efficient world in which technology anticipates and meets needs with minimal human intervention.
Automotive Cockpit This demo highlights a suite of advanced touch user interface features that are powered by maXTouch® technology and found in today’s modern car cockpit. Learn how this demo showcases the seamless integration of capacitive technologies including Knob-on-Display™ (KoD™) technology, user detection, high-resolution OLED displays and pillar-to-pillar cameras that are replacing traditional side mirrors, inductive position sensing on the steering wheel shaft, wireless charger integration and ISELED® lighting control.
Automotive Car Door A new benchmark in modern automotive technology, our car door demo displays cutting-edge innovation that redefines vehicle security, convenience and style. Key features include:
  • Facial recognition system: Experience effortless, keyless access with high-precision facial recognition that is enabled by our low-power AI solution for a secure and highly personalized entry experience
  • Touch-enabled door handle: A sleek, touch-sensitive handle designed with enhanced water resistance, preventing unintended activation due to rain or moisture
  • ILaS-ISELED lighting: Our groundbreaking ILaS-ISELED lighting system provides dynamic, customizable illumination, creating a visually captivating and inviting atmosphere
  • Inductive mirror: Advanced inductive mirror technology enables seamless mirror adjustments, effectively lowering the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and enhancing user experience
Car Door Handle Waterproof Touch This demo showcases a touch-responsive exterior car door handle and a mini water fountain, which highlight the enhanced water rejection capability of this Impulse Touch Solution (ITS).
Low-Cost Disposable Authentication This demo showcases a small 3D-printed box with an LCD screen. Inside, a CryptoAuth Trust Platform Development Board connects to two 3D-printed magnetic key fobs. One fob contains an ECC204 secure authentication IC that authenticates with the ATECC608 add-on board on the CryptoAuth Trust Platform Development Board. The screen indicates whether authentication is a success or a failure.
Secure Vault Accessory Authentication This demo demonstrates secure key authentication through the implementation of an ATECC608 authentication IC that is integrated into the locking mechanism of a small safe that will only unlock with keys fitted with an ECC204 device provisioned with the corresponding credentials. Only two of the six keys provided are enabled to open the safe.
TrustMANAGER Building Access Management This demo showcases a 3D printer with an electric door lock equipped with a CryptoAuth TrustMANAGER Development Kit that contains the ECC608 TrustMANAGER device. The ECC608 device protects cryptographic assets that are connected to the keySTREAM cloud management SAAS by Kudelski IoT, allowing users to rotate, revoke and renew credentials and update firmware throughout the lifetime of their IoT products.
NVIDIA® PolarFire® FPGA Ethernet Sensor Bridge Our PolarFire® FPGA-based Ethernet Sensor Bridge enables NVIDIA® GPUs to interface with a variety of protocols— such as MIPI CSI-2®, SLVS-EC™, CoaXPress®, JESD and SDI—for AI/ML applications in the car. PolarFire FPGAs are power-efficient, mid-range FPGAs that are AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and IS26262 ASIL-C Functional Safety certified.
