The Microchip Neckarbischofsheim facility is located in southwest Germany about 30 kilometers outside of Heidelberg. The facility develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and crystal oscillators used in telecommunication, test and measurement, medical and radar systems. The Neckarbischofsheim site features teams of R&D, marketing, processing, purchasing, production planning, inside sales and human resources. For more than 20 years, Microchip Neckarbischofsheim has been educating qualified students in collaboration with local universities in different fields.
