Microchip Texas has three offices located in Austin, Houston and Addison. Each site has a variety of business functions in sales, Field Applications Engineering (FAE), Applications Engineering (AE), marketing, R&D, manufacturing, operations and administrative functions. Our solutions serve more than 130,000 customers across the industrial, automotive, consumer, aerospace and defense, communications and computing markets. Austin is one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation and widely known as “Silicon Hills”. Addison, just north of Dallas, is home to the Texas State Fair, five major sports teams, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Dallas Museum of Art and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
