The Hybrid Power Drive (HPD) module delivers 5 kVA output, integrating a three-phase power bridge with SiC MOSFETs and SBDs, plus built-in telemetry and extra switches for solenoid drives.
Features high integration with screw-on M3 terminals for power and standard connectors for low-voltage signals.
Packaged in plastic with an AlSiC baseplate (105 mm × 85 mm × 25 mm), and a silicone gel-potted, parylene-coated substrate for robust environmental protection.
The aviation Power Core Module (PCM) integrates a 5 kVA HPD power stage (SiC MOSFETs/SBDs) with a digital control and telemetry board for PWM and communication.
Features high integration with screw-on M3 terminals for power and standard connectors for low-voltage signals.
