Arm® 926EJ-S-Based MPUs


SAM9X7 MPUs are low-power and cost-optimized ARM926EJ-S CPU-based embedded MPUs that run up to 800 MHz.

These devices include a powerful set of peripherals for connectivity and user interface applications such as MIPI DSI® and LVDS with 2D graphics, MIPI CSI-2® cameras and Gigabit Ethernet with TSN and CAN FD support. SAM9X7 MPUs also offer advanced security functions like tamper detection, secure boot, secure key storage, TRNG, Physically Unclonable Functions (PUFs) and higher-performance crypto accelerators for AES and SHA.

Built-in DDR2/3(L) and QSPI Flash support makes SAM9X7 a great platform for user interface applications such as HMI-based clusters, thermostats, Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers and connected devices like control panels and secure IoT gateways. The low-power features and small packages are well suited for wearables and other battery-operated consumer devices.
