The PIC32CM GC and PIC32CM SG are the next generation of our popular SAM series of MCUs with 512 KB Flash and 128 KB of SRAM. The PIC32CM SG offers our HSM-Lite Security, which is a secure partition that includes a hardware crypto, TRNG, secure key storage and Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) to implement a wide range of security functionality. The PIC32CM GC and PIC32CM SG are ISO 26262 compliant for functional safety applications.
