Submitting Technical/RMA Service Requests and Accessing Other Support Resources


If you have already registered and been approved, please log in to your account.

Step 1: Create a myMicrochip Account or Log In to Existing Account

You must create a myMicrochip account to access all Frequency and Timing Systems (FTS) support services, including RMAs. Please only use the link below to register and subscribe to FTS services. 

Step 2: Request Access to FTS Resources on myMicrochip

Follow these instructions to request access to the FTS Resources portal:

  • Log into your myMicrochip account and then click on the "My Account" link that will appear in the upper right corner of the web page to expand the account options menu.
  • Click on the blue Home icon to go to your dashboard
  • Look for the “Frequency and Timing Systems (FTS)” submenu in the Toolbar on the left side of the page and hover over it to open up the pop-up message
  • Click on the "submit your access request" link, which will take you to the Request Access page
  • Click on the “Subscribe to access Frequency and Time Systems Resources" checkbox and then click on the "Submit" button
  • Click “OK” in the “Success” pop-up message that will appear

Approval Process

Your request will be reviewed, and you will only be granted access if it is approved. Although most requests are approved quickly, the process may take up to 48 hours. 
  • Look for a follow-up email with a status update to confirm that your request has been approved or to provide an explanation if it is denied.

If your request is approved, you can log into your myMicrochip account and you will see the "Frequency and Timing Systems (FTS)" submenu has been updated to provide you with the following options:

  • File Search
  • FTS Contract List
  • Manage Alerts
  • Tech Support/RMA Requests
  • Email Change Request
