The VS-504 dual-frequency Voltage-Controlled Saw Oscillator (VCSO) is an ultra-low-phase-noise oscillator designed to support high-speed data converters and 100G coherent optical receivers. It is available in frequencies ranging from 1 GHz to 2.5 GHz with two switchable frequency options.
The PS-702 achieves low phase noise and very-low jitter performance. It is housed in an industry-standard six-pad, leadless, hermetically sealed ceramic package.
The VS-800 operates at the fundamental frequency of the internal SAW resonator. An internal multiplier circuit is deployed for output frequencies above 1.6 GHz.
The PS-508 is a high-frequency, ultra-low-phase-noise and low-g-sensitivity oscillator designed to support harsh environmental applications.
The 101765 series of VCSOs provides ultra-low phase noise across an operating frequency range of 320 to 2,500 MHz. These oscillators are housed in a hermetic package measuring 1" × 1" × 0.2". Options for military screening and characterized vibration sensitivity are available.
