The MX-043 OCXO features extremely low short-term stability that exceeds 5e–13 at 1 second, frequency vs. temperature that exceeds 0.5 ppb from −40°C to +85°C and ultra-low phase noise of −142 dBc/Hz @ 10 Hz.
The OX-171 is a high-stability ovenized crystal oscillator in a 28 × 38 mm package. It is capable of aging rates of 0.06 ppb/day and temperature stabilities of 1 ppb over an industrial temperature range.
For optimal reduction in g-sensitivity, the OX-047/48 series of OCXOs provides active cancellation and with ultra-low phase noise to provide better than 0.02 ppb/g g-sensitivity between 10 Hz and 250 Hz.
With a noise floor as low as −175 dBc/Hz, the OX-204 targets applications that demand extremely low noise sources. It can be used as the reference oscillator for a phase-locked loop in the microwave spectrum.
The EX-421 is a low-power solution that provides exceptionally low aging rates and tight temperature stabilities in an extremely small package. This EMXO is a well suited for handheld radios or battery-powered applications.
The OX-224 is an ultra-low-phase-noise OCXO with excellent aging and temperature stability for superb holdover performance. It is designed for applications that demand very stable, low-noise sources.
This CMOS-output OCXO is an excellent choice for 5G macro base stations and IEEE 1588 applications. It provides very good frequency stability and excellent holdover performance and is available in a 22 × 25 mm small-form-factor SMD enclosure.
This mini-OCXO provides high stability and excellent short-term stability in a small footprint, bridging the gap between AT cut-based TCXOs and larger OCXO designs. It is an excellent choice for small-form-factor 5G base station applications.
