The MIC69303RT is a radiation tolerant, low-voltage, low dropout 3A output current regulator. It operates from a single low voltage supply, yet offers high precision and ultra-low dropout of 500mV under worst case conditions.
Based on the design of the the MIC69303 it operates from an input voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V. It is designed to drive digital circuits requiring low voltage at high currents (i.e., PLDs, DSP, microcontroller, etc.). With its adjustable output capability, the MIC69303RT supports output voltages down to 0.5V.
Features of the MIC69303RT include thermal shutdown and current limit protection. Logic-enable and error flag pins are also available.
The MIC69303RT is offered in 8 leads SOIC plastic package and 10 leads Flat Pack ceramic package.
All packages have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
