Overview
The MPLAB® XC-DSC C Compiler is a comprehensive and optimizing ANSI C compiler designed for dsPIC® Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs). This compiler is fully integrated into Microchip's MPLAB® X IDE, compatible with all Microchip debuggers and emulators, and can be run on Windows®, Linux®, and MacOS®. The MPLAB XC-DSC PRO Workstation license unlocks the full potential and performance of all possible optimizations. Additionally, the MPLAB XC-DSC compiler includes 12 months of High Priority Access, a maintenance subscription that provides web access to new version releases. Please note that Workstation licenses are not intended for virtual machine build environments. For virtual machine support, please consider the network/site license and virtual machine add-on license.
