The HV53001/11 16-Channel Source-Sink Driver IC Evaluation Board is a demonstration platform for the HV53001 and HV53011 devices, which can be used for MEMS, Piezo, or haptics driver applications. The board input interface is designed to couple with the Microchip PIC32MZ EF microcontroller starter kit. The users can program the driver ICs via the Microchip software tool. This implementation helps the end users to shorten their project development time. All sixty-four high voltage output are coupled via a high-density connector.
Both HV53001 and HV53011 devices are 16-channel, ±135V Push-Pull Driver with RTZ with Current Sensor. The HV53001 device also includes a built-in DC/DC boost converter and a power FET to generate the high voltage supplies. This board consists of one HV53001 and three HV53011 ICs. These drivers are suitable for applications requiring multiple high-voltage bipolar push-pull outputs.
