Our military-grade HTM61xx and M9xxxxx families of Microelectromechanical System (MEMS) oscillators are tested in accordance with the temperature, shock, vibration and solderability requirements of the MIL-STD-883 standard and the thermal shock and vibration requirements of the MIL-STD-202 standard. With their rugged MEMS resonator construction, these oscillators can withstand extreme temperatures, 70g vibration, and 50 kg shock. Offered in a variety of package footprints, these devices also feature a customizable frequency output and are available in an optional tin-lead solder dip to meet your design’s requirements.
