• Advanced internal inventory systems, manufacturing strategies and policies in place that accurately forecast anticipated market demands
• Ownership of several manufacturing facilities—including design, fabrication, assembly, test and other operations—which allows us full control over manufacturing of most products for our clients

• Diversification of manufacturing sources to ensure a reliable supply chain and investing in the qualification of alternative components and facilities, with transparency provided through our PCN service

Client-Driven Obsolescence

• Our internal policies and diversified manufacturing capabilities ensure that product availability is not compromised:
• Adherence to our "Client-Driven Obsolescence" practice, which states that products with active demand for extended periods will remain available, subject to manufacturability
• We pledge not to discontinue products with business activity in the past three years (potentially longer for specialized sectors) if they can be manufactured
• In instances where EOL products experience renewed demand and manufacturability is viable, we may reintroduce the desired products
• EOL is only deemed inevitable or permanent when critical components or manufacturing capabilities cease to exist, which is a rarity due to our foresight and planning
• In the rare event of an EOL, our End-Of-Life (EOL) Policy will be administered
